Comfort Foods - Paleo diet




So let's talk about comfort foods, these foods that reappear in us feelings and states of well-being, these foods that we sometimes use when we are not going well.
The problem is that these foods in question are rarely paleo: and the challenge of integration into your diet will, ultimately, the success (or otherwise) of your balance, your shape, your health, and possibly your weight loss.
